Kevin Latner is the Principal of Latner and Associates and provides market strategic planning, intelligence in order to turn strategic planning into strategic action, relationship management, especially government relations, and expert advise in a variety of specialized contexts including risk management, audit and compliance and litigation. Mr. Latner has more than 25 years of experience as Executive Director of an international agricultural export marketing and policy organization, representing the U.S. industry on behalf of the US Department of Agriculture and working closely with Chinese, Japanese and other foreign government and industry counterparts.

In his current role, he is directly responsible for providing strategic advice, program development and implementation, including the risk assessment and the development and implementation of crisis and risk management. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the National Cotton Council and the Executive Director of Cotton Council International, providing trade policy, market access and market development programing for the cotton industry. Prior to his work with cotton, he spent six years in China, representing U.S. Grains Council and U.S. Department of Agriculture as director of China-based offices in Beijing and Chengdu. He has a Masters in Agricultural Economics and a JD in International Trade Law.

Jane Li

Jane Li

Jane Li is the Principal of Ag Food Consulting (AFC) and a seasoned professional at market assessment, program implementation, trade policy and crisis management through her considerable experience meeting marketing and policy challenges. Ms. Li regularly consults on behalf of U.S. industry providing market and trade policy insights in to China, Japan and Southeast Asia. In 2016, she successfully spearheaded the first new registration of a U.S. feed ingredient. Jane has 20 years of professional experience and 15 years of experience in the food and agriculture space including representing the industry on behalf of the U.S. government. Current he provides trade advice to the U.S. Hide, Skin and Leather Association; the U.S. feed industry, and senior trade policy analysis and guidance to the U.S. soybean industry. Ms. Li has consulted with small and large companies, cooperators and the U.S. government for more than a decade including ten years as the Principal of AFC and a Director of Promar China. Yuliang Pang

Yuliang Pang

Yuliang Pang is a senior sovernment affairs specialist and 25 years of professional in government affairs and agricultural. Mr. Pang has been deeply engaged in trade policy, market access and trade promotion in China. Until assuming his current position, Mr. Pang was the Deputy Director of Information and Network Division of Agricultural Trade Promotion Center, in China?s Ministry of Agriculture. There he was responsible for domestic and export policy proposals, including on produce, for submission to Vice Primer Wang Yang. Previously, Mr. Pang was five years representing the Chinese government to the Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. While at the FAO he was the Chair of the Asia Group and activity engaged in food security. Mr. Pang has a BA in International Economic Law from Yantai University, a MA in International Public Law from the China Foreign Affairs University and, in 2019, a Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam.
